Construction has begun at the future home for Smuttynose Brewery in Hampton, N.H.  The new location, which will double Smuttynose’s annual brewing capacity, features a production facility, a visitor’s center and a 95-seat restaurant.
The $16 million project, which is slated to be LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Gold certified, includes the preservation and relocation of two historic buildings on site and a high-efficiency waste treatment system.  Once completed, the 14 acre property will also have ample space for ingredients to be grown on the premises.

Salem Concrete will be completing approximately 45,000 square feet of concrete flatwork including stained interior floors, exposed aggregate walkways and stamped concrete driveways.

Construction is expected to be completed by the fall of 2013.
